The big question is can we get back our youthful skin? When life has taken its toll and our face wears like the lines we've had to cross, the cracks we've had to step on and the hard roads we've had to travel! Then one day we look in the mirror and say wow, where was that face that used to be me?

You see, it's not all lost, you have entered a time where life did not take you out, and you can still be counted in. Reflect on all your accomplishments, the people you've loved, nurtured, and taken care of, the lives you've changed/touched because you were here on this earth to make a difference for them.

Mindset can change your life? Be more determined than ever to achieve, it's never too late to pursue what eluded you because life got in the way. If you are mentally weak work on daily affirmations that will make you strong, I say "be older and bolder"! You can defy your age, by taking hold and be bold!

Ah, but we still have our bodies to contend with! It's never too late to exercise, however, caveat is don't take up Zumba or hard cardio if you haven't worked out or exercised in a long time. Take it slow and steady, better than fast and hurt, then you'll really have to take it slow!

Getting back to the face issue, you have to love who you are. When you look in the mirror you have to like that person under your skin and learn to be grateful too!  What has made me like my face now days is the age defying night cream Nerium. They say "give Nerium a year and it will give you back ten years!" Well, I am the brand-trend tester, or as I joke "the crash test dummy” for all that is trending. But all joking aside, it has boldly taking my skin where it has never gone before. So, I am committed to giving Nerium one year and if I can be like my photo above and not have to rely on make up to have beautiful skin then I'm in!

As far as my spirit, I’m free of encumbrances and obligations, and that is a place I have earned with love. I've “earned the burn” of my freedom if you will, by doing what's right, taking care of those significant people in our lives even if they didn't do right by me. Not hurting anyone, and living a life of principal and integrity, working towards the ideal and to making it real.

I take all the aforementioned, and work to live a life of purpose, to defy the stereo type of getting old to getting bold. Earning my wings in this life has not been easy, but now that I have, I can fly like a free spirit, ready, willing and able to see how I can continue to make a difference buy being bolder and older!

Spirit of Leadership Guidance and Relationship Marketing

LEADERSHIP: Guidance, is what we all seek in life and so too with business opportunities. For me the Torch is a symbol of lighting a path for others and the person holding the torch is our guide. In business we are lead down so many paths, because we want to believe. Good leadership is not just holding a torch, but being the steward to guide and truly lead them to water of opportunity to quench their thirst. So be a leader of light and may you truly carry that torch with integrity. As a person who has desire and faith, I have been seeking multi-level and direct sales opportunities.

What I found hurtful was the leadership, that would treat you like a quarter horse, whipping you to get more people under you and ultimately under their line. Recently, I heard of a person that grew their team and down-line to 200 people with no reward and no income to show for their efforts.

The crash that killed the middle class of 2008, has left so many people in need of the basics. A major crux for middle class Americans is affording to buy a new car, and how earning with what I’ve coined “The Nerium Economy” can provide a new LEXUS for you, and a future that lets you earn the American dream again sooner rather than later!

According to CNBC.com: “New Cars increasingly out of reach for many Americans.” While USAtoday.com echoes those cries as one out of the 7 things the middle class can't afford anymore. How, very few people median income earners can afford to buy a new car or truck.
Even worse, according to CNBC.com: In past practices people could scrape together funds to buy whatever used car they could afford. Although that’s still the case for millions, there a millions of others who cannot afford an average used car in the cities where they live.

OKAY now what? Instead of me getting incensed about the middle class back bone of our country not being able to buy a new car? I want to offer the opportunity that being a brand Partner of Nerium may provide. You see it’s not free, you have to invest in it, to earn it, along with sales and team building. But, if working 9-5 can't even afford you a vehicle, why not start a Nerium business that will!

Proof of the pudding: Yesterday I attended a bay area regional training and out of two hundred people there were no less than 30 Independent Brand Partner’s lined up against the wall that earned a new LEXUS vehicle. My up line that recruited me was one of them and she earned her new LEXUS in just 6 weeks.

A New American Dream: The American Dream thanks to the 2008 Crash has become a nightmare, and new car ownership still eludes many workers! So forget being depressed, be impressed with the opportunity and let me lead you back to the hope, and the promise of a new American Dream called Nerium. Where you may independently build your wealth through your efforts with relationship marketing and let’s get you into a new LEXUS sooner rather than later.
