Ok no one else wants to admit it, but every other business person I've met are all pursuing other lines and multiple lines of alternative income. The buck starts here and let me share with you the why:

MISSION: I started real estate with an intent to do good, help people, and make a positive difference. Business with a purpose was and is the best way I can describe my philosophy. And yes, I was able to make a wonderful difference for many, many, first time homebuyers who couldn't believe that I could take their dreams higher!

STARTER to SMARTER: After riding that intense roller coaster for thirteen years and changing many coasters. I found myself at the same place, my hard work thrilled me to the top but I would hit the depressing rock bottom hard. In other words it wasn't sustainable and I was only as good as my last sale.

So there I was, I loved the thought of residual pay, and even wanted to be a Commercial Actress, because it paid residuals. Then I discovered the arena of residual income. MLM's and Direct Sales business models, I was so excited but all I found is that I was a quarter horse, being whipped to get more names and it was all pain and no gain. Plus I didn't like pushing up mean people!

IT'S all ABOUT the REALTIONSHIP BASE: First of all, my values are threefold, to be loving. I love my husband, my sons, and all people. Secondly, is to be caring, about many causes, human struggles and our world. Thirdly, it’s to share, generously my knowledge and my opportunities like my radio talk show, as I shared the air with other entrepreneurs giving a voice to their business.
